What it Takes to be Together
Why do humans find happiness being tied down,
When they know the price of freedom!
What is it so promising about love,
That make them forget the solace of their
own company!
Do they choose relationships because that
is the right thing to do,
or being together is more promising than being alone,
Is it like finding yourself amidst the noise of every day.
I wonder what life is like being single,
I see my friends who are afraid to
mingle,
In a world where there is Tinder and it’s kind,
Can love be really far behind?
They ask me for advice, in which I falter
All I tell them to see it for themselves,
As relationships bloom like flowers
In a garden,
Not all are the same.
One thing I definitely say,
Don’t forget yourself along the way
living up to a zillion expectations,
For you is what makes life happen!
